For people with imagination and teams setting up for innovation
Personal
For people with imagination
Normally people with imagination have two problems
Don’t know how to start doing what you really want (i. e. follow your creative calling)
You already do what you really want, but you’re struggling with finding a product-market fit
I have a history of helping people and teams with that, and I will do my best to help you.
Team
For teams setting up for innovation
Based on my experience, teams and organizations most commonly face two types of challenges:
Setting up innovation initiatives (product organization, R&D unit, market oriented development and operations, customer experience transformations)
Moving through critical stages of product lifecycle (ideation, research, strategy, planning, product-market fit, launch, switch to live operations, revenue maximization, pivots, scaling)
By now I'm more than 20 years in Entertainment, Media and IT - video games, advertising, UGC, mass media, music, digital platforms, eCom and phygital in companies like Akella, EA Russia, Kanobu, Rambler, Wargaming, Stoloto, Higher School of Economics and Universal University. I've been a part of and the leader of cross-functional multi-cultural and distributed teams with and without direct authority; designed, developed, launched and managed products used by tens of millions of customers worldwide.
I am also lucky enough to know and be able to involve people with tremendous experience and track record in market research, product strategy, experience design, development / production, marketing, operations and business development, that will otherwise won’t be available even if you had money to hire them.
